Employment Law for Small Business

     I offer consultation and representation for small businesses and individuals in the employment law area.  I have worked for the State of Ohio handling civil rights, collective bargaining, wage and hour and discrimination matters.  I offer an on site comprehensive consultation for small businesses and start up companies.  It is important for small business to comply with a variety of laws effecting the workplace before hiring the first employee or signing the first contract.   As a small business person myself, I recognize the need to keep costs low and offer reasonable rates and payment plans for small and start up companies for this service.  Consultation includes a packet of employment law materials and forms as well as a check list to ensure compliance. 
      
        I also offer employment litigation defense in all areas of employment law, including both litigation and administrative proceedings before the OCRC, unemployment compensation board of review and other administrative hearings at a reasonable hourly rate.
