I also provide representation for businesses or individuals facing license revocation or other sanctions governed by interagency procedures pursuant to Ohio Revised Code 119 et seq.
Public Documents and other Sunshine Laws
Access to public documents and public meetings is vital to honest government. I provide advice and counsel in this area, as well as handling litigation when access to documents or government meetings has been denied. Chapter 149 provides an award of attorney's fees when documents have been illegally hidden by state government. I will consider taking these cases on a contingent fee basis.
